Q: What is the Changi Rewards programme about?
A: The Changi Rewards programme is a shopping promotion organised by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (CAG). Shoppers who make purchases at participating outlets at Changi Airport during the programme period will be rewarded with Changi Rewards points, which are tracked by a Changi Rewards card. Accumulated Changi Rewards points can be exchanged for Changi Dollar Vouchers.
Q: What are the application requirements for the Changi Rewards programme?
A: The Changi Rewards programme is open to persons residing in Singapore, except employees of appointed agencies, retail tenants and their immediate family. Immediate family refers to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. Applicants must be 16 years and above at the point of card application.
Q: Are there any membership fees for the Changi Rewards programme?
A: There is no membership fee for the Changi Rewards programme.
Q: How do I apply for the Changi Rewards card?
A: Simply pick up a Changi Rewards Application Form from any Changi Rewards kiosk at Terminals 1, 2, 3 or the Budget Terminal, complete the form and submit it at these kiosks. We will send you an email notification once your card is ready for collection at Changi Airport. Alternatively, for instant activation of your Changi Rewards card, you may submit the completed application form at the Changi Rewards booth.
You may also submit your application online, after which an email notification will be sent to you to collect your Changi Rewards card at the Changi Rewards booth.
Q: Can I sign up for two Changi Rewards cards under my name?
A: No, each person is entitled to hold only one Changi Rewards card.

Changi Rewards Points Accumulation and Expiry
Q: How do I earn my Changi Rewards points?
A: Subject to a minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt, every dollar spent will entitle the Changi Rewards card member to earn one Changi Rewards point on the card, rounded down to the nearest dollar.
Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions at all participating retailers. Payment made using Changi Dollar Vouchers and all other In-Store Vouchers will not be entitled to Changi Rewards points accumulation.
Example: You make a purchase that costs S$105.90 at a fashion store. Total Bill: S$105.90 Less: Vouchers Used - In-Store Voucher issued by the store: S$20.00 - Changi Airport Dollar Voucher payment: S$10.00 Nett Payment (by Cash / NETS / Credit card): S$75.90 Changi Rewards points awarded: 75 points (round down to the nearest point)
Purchases of Gift / In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points.
The Changi Rewards card must be presented at the point of sale in order for the Changi Rewards points to be awarded. Retrospective claims of Changi Rewards points to purchases will not be entertained.
Q: Can I use receipts other than my own purchases to earn Changi Rewards points?
A: Changi Rewards points can only be awarded for your own purchases. If any member is found using receipts other than their own purchases to accumulate points, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of their card.
Q: What can I exchange my Changi Rewards points for?
A: You can redeem Changi Rewards points for Changi Airport Dollars Vouchers.
Q: When do my Changi Rewards points expire?
A: Changi Rewards points are valid for one year and all points earned in a calendar year must be redeemed for Changi Dollar Vouchers by 31 March of the following year.
Q. What happens to my Changi Rewards points earned in the current year, after 31 March on the following year?
A: Any unredeemed points will be automatically forfeited. No extension of validity of unused points will be allowed.
Q. Can I continue to use my current Changi Rewards card to earn points in the following year?
A: Yes, you can continue to use your current card to earn Changi Rewards points.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of Changi Rewards points I can accumulate in a year?
A: You can accumulate up to a maximum of 48,000 Changi Rewards points in a year ie. once a cardmember has accumulated 48,000 points in 2012, no further points will be awarded.

Use of Changi Rewards Points
Q: When can I start accumulating my Changi Rewards points?
A: You can start accumulating points immediately upon collection of your Changi Rewards card.
Q: Can my Changi Rewards card be used to earn Changi Rewards points at all outlets within Changi Airport?
A: You may earn Changi Rewards points for all purchases made at all retail, dining and services outlets located at both the public and transit areas, excluding banks, money changing facilities, card top-up facilities, top-up cards, postal services, medical services, airline lounges, transit hotels, hotel reservations, postage services, Crowne Plaza Hotel and such other items or services as determined by CAG from time to time.
Q: Can my purchases at Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport entitle me to earn Changi Rewards points?
A: No, only purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets will earn you Changi Rewards points.
Q: Can I transfer my Changi Rewards points to another member?
A: The transfer of Changi Rewards points between members is not permitted.
Q: How do I check my Changi Rewards points balance?
A: Your Changi Rewards points balance will be shown at the bottom of your purchase receipt with every transaction made at participating outlets. From 1 January of each year, only points accumulated in that year will be reflected on the purchase receipt. You can check your points for the current and previous year by requesting for a balance enquiry at the Changi Rewards booth.
Alternatively, you may also log-on to ChangiRewards.com to check your points. Please note that for online checking of Changi Rewards points, points earned will only be reflected five working days after a purchase.

Rewards Redemption
Q: When can I start redeeming my Changi Rewards points?
A: As soon as you have sufficient Changi Rewards points to meet the first tier of redemption, you can start redeeming Changi Airport Dollar vouchers.
Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
A: To redeem, simply present your Changi Rewards card at the Changi Rewards booth. Inform the service staff of the number of points that you would like to redeem. The Changi Rewards points required for your redemption will be deducted immediately.
Q: Can I redeem my Changi Rewards points online?
A: No, holders of the Changi Rewards card can only redeem their Changi Rewards points at the Changi Rewards booth.
Q: Can I request for a replacement for my lost Changi Airport Dollar vouchers?
A: Lost or misplaced Changi Dollar Vouchers cannot be replaced.
Q: Is there a cap on the value of Changi Dollar Vouchers or Changi Rewards points that I can redeem?
A: For security reasons, each member can only redeem up to S$1,000 worth of Changi Dollar Vouchers in the same day. Members can write in to info@changirewards.com for prior arrangement to be made for redemption value exceeding S$1,000 in a day.
Q: Where can I use my Changi Dollar Vouchers after my redemption?
A: Changi Dollar Vouchers can be used at all shopping and dining outlets in Changi Airport except the following:

Card Replacement and Member Information Update
Q: My card is damaged/ lost/ stolen, what should I do?
A: If your Changi Rewards card is lost/stolen, please proceed to the Changi Rewards booth at the earliest juncture for an immediate card replacement. Do remember to bring along a form of photo identification (IC/Passport/Driving Licence) for verification. Once the new card has been issued, the old card will then be terminated. A replacement fee of S$10.00 will be levied for each replacement Changi Rewards card. If you would like your existing card to be terminated prior to the replacement, please write in to info@changirewards.com. However, this will render all points accumulated to be totally erased and we would require up to seven working days to process the cancellation.

Booth Location and Operating Hours
Q: Where is the Changi Rewards booth located at, and what are its operating hours?
A: The Changi Rewards booth is located at Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement 2, and operates on Mondays to Thursdays from 12pm to 10pm, and Fridays to Sundays and Public Holidays from 12pm to 11pm.
