No, you must submit your entry via an online form at www.changirewards.com/ShillaSGKstar to participate in the lucky draw. Each entry entitles you to one lucky draw chance.


Must I be a Changi Rewards member to participate in the lucky draw?
Yes, you must be a registered Changi Rewards member.


How is the draw conducted?
Entries are electronically selected at random from the database. The draw is conducted at CAG’s office in Terminal 2, #036/053, Level 3, Singapore 918146 at 1030hours on 30 November 2015.


How will I know if I am one of the winners?
You will be contacted at the number you provided in the entry form. The list of winners will also be published on the Changi Rewards website by 1 December 2015.


Am I the winner if you have called me?
Participants will not be declared winners until all verification checks have been satisfied.


I was unable to return your call several days ago; do I still qualify as the winner?
If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) working days after the draw, this participant will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.


I lost my receipt; do I still qualify if I have been selected?
Original receipts must be retained and provided as proof of purchase.


What is the prize of the lucky draw?
The prize consists of a pair of SGKstar Concert Passes.


Can I win more than 1 prize?
No, each member can only win 1 prize in the lucky draw.


Can I submit multiple entries?
You should submit one entry per receipt. Every S$100 spent in a single receipt entitles the participant to one (1) lucky draw chance. There is no limit to the number of entries and lucky draw chances.

I am a winner of a pair of SGKstar 2015 Concert Passes. What must I do to redeem the prize?
We will send you a redemption letter via email. The redemption letter will entitle you to collect the prize. To collect the prize, the redemption letter, original Changi Rewards card and identity card (NRIC, passport) will need to be presented at the Customer Service Counter located at Terminal 3, Basement (opposite Fairprice Finest), between 10am to 9pm.

Terms and Conditions:
  • This promotion is open to all registered Changi Rewards members, except for employees of CAG and Shilla, and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the promotion; and their respective immediate family members.
  • This promotion is valid from 12 November 2015 to 29 November 2015.
  • Participants must spend a minimum of S$100.00 nett spend in a single receipt at any participating The Shilla Duty Free retail outlets located in Changi Airport. The Changi Rewards card must be presented at time of purchase. Participants must retain receipt as proof of purchase. Participants are not automatically entered into the lucky draw, and therefore must submit their entries via the website at www.changirewards.com/ShillaSGKStar to take part in the lucky draw.
  • Each entry entitles the participant to one (1) lucky draw chance. Participants must retain their original receipts as proof of purchase.
  • Entries must be submitted via the online form at < www.changirewards.com/ShillaSGKStar .
  • To qualify for the draw, entries must be received by 2359 hours on 29 November 2015. Erroneous or incomplete online submissions will be disqualified. All winners will thereafter be notified by the mobile number provided in the entry form.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries and lucky draw chances.
  • Qualifying nett spend will be calculated based on final payment value rounded down to the nearest dollar, at any participating The Shilla Duty Free retail outlets located in Changi Airport, during the promotion period. Discounted amounts and amounts paid using vouchers (including Changi Dollar Vouchers) shall be excluded, i.e. such amounts are to be excluded when calculating the total qualifying spend in a single receipt. The Changi Rewards card must be presented at time of transaction.
Drawing of Winner(s)
  • Two (2) winners will be drawn for the Lucky Draw. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 30 November 2015 at 1030 hours, after the promotion concludes. CAG reserves the right to change the time, date and location of the Lucky Draw if deemed necessary without prior notice.
  • Participants will be contacted on the next day of the draw through the telephone number provided on the entry form and must satisfy a verification process before being declared the winner. Participants may need to provide proof of purchase (original receipts) and a copy of their NRIC/Passport via email, for verification.
  • If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) working days after the draw, this participant will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. CAG’s decision shall be final and irrevocable.
  • The award of the prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions and the winners must agree to such terms and conditions in writing in order to receive the prize. CAG reserves the right to declare no winner for any draw if it is unable to contact or verify participants after repeated attempts or for any other reason whatsoever.
  • Participants may need to produce their original proof of purchase for verification as and when required by CAG and the proof of purchase (official original receipts) must include the name of retailer, product description, date and value of purchase. Entries with any discrepancies shall be disqualified. Another winner will be drawn and the same verification process shall accordingly be applied for this participant.
  • All winners will thereafter be notified by the mobile number provided in the entry form. All winners must produce a copy of their NRIC/passport, Changi Rewards card to redeem the prizes.
  • By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this promotion, and to allow CAG to use their personal data, photographs and video/audio recordings for marketing & promotional purposes.
