Who can join Changi Rewards?
The Changi Rewards programme is open to all, except employees of appointed agencies, retail tenants and their immediate family. Immediate family refers to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. Applicants must be 16 years and above at the time of card application.
Are there any membership fees for the new Changi Rewards programme?
Membership for Changi Rewards is complimentary.
How do I sign up for the new Changi Rewards programme?
Existing members will automatically be included in the new Changi Rewards programme. New members can sign up here.
Do I have to live in Singapore to become a Changi Rewards member?
No, our members come from all over the world.
How do I join Changi Rewards and apply for the card?
Join Changi Rewards by submitting your application online , and collect your card during booth operating hours at any of the Changi Rewards booths.

Must I collect my Changi Rewards card?
Yes, points can only be awarded for your purchase when the card is presented at the point of sale.
I have enrolled online, however I am unable to pick up my card. Can you mail it to me?
No, members are required to self-collect the card at the Changi Rewards booth during operating hours. Alternatively, you can assign a proxy to collect on your behalf. The proxy must present an authorisation letter from you, as well as his/her and your photo IDs upon collection of your card.
Can I sign up for two Changi Rewards cards under my name?
No, each person is entitled to only one Changi Rewards card. CAG reserves the right to void any one of the duplicate accounts.
Can I re-enroll if I have forgotten my card number and/or password?
No. Each person is entitled to only one Changi Rewards card, hence you will not be able to re-enrol. Visit here . You will have to key in your NRIC/FIN and the email address you have registered with your Changi Rewards account. When the correct information has been provided, your new password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your membership account details, please write in to us at info@changirewards.com for further assistance.
Can others use my Changi Rewards card?
No, your membership card can only be used by you. You may not let family members or friends use your card. If any member is found using someone else’s card to accumulate points for his own purchases, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of his card.
What happens if I do not or have forgotten to complete the registration of the card?
Your card will not be fully activated, and you will not be able to use the Changi Rewards points earned. However, you may still continue to earn Changi Rewards points on your subsequent purchase(s).
Will my Changi Rewards account expire?
Changi Rewards accounts will expire if there are no transactions for 5 years from the end of the month in which the last point accrual occurred. If this happens, the account is closed and the points within the account are lost.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Changi Rewards membership, please inform us in writing via info@changirewards.com. Your personal details will then be deleted from our system. Kindly note that if you cancel your Changi Rewards membership, you will no longer be able to use your points, and enjoy all the privileges of the programme.
Can I authorize another person to collect Changi Rewards Card at the Changi Rewards booth, on my behalf?
To authorise another person to collect your Changi Rewards Card at the Changi Rewards booth, please complete the Letter of Authorisation (click here to download the Letter of Authorisation). Your authorised redemption party will need to bring along the following documents:

  • Letter of Authorisation, duly signed by Cardholder
  • Authorised redemption party's NRIC/FIN/Passport
  • Copy of Cardholder's NRIC/FIN/Passport

  1. Simply head to any of the 15 Customer Service Counters and selected tenants located at all Terminals in the airport
  2. Pick up a Changi Rewards ‘Take-one’ Card brochure (card is found inside)

  4. Register your card with your details, to redeem your points and manage your Changi Rewards membership account

What is this Changi Rewards 'Take-One' Card all about?
The Changi Rewards 'Take-One' card is a regular Member tier card. As the name suggests, customers who are interested to sign up as a Changi Rewards member now can have the option to simply pick up a Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ Card brochure (card is found inside), and start earning points for the purchases immediately and complete their card registration later. This card is applicable for new enrolments only.
Must I pick up this Changi Rewards 'Take-One' card brochure in order to be a Changi Rewards member?
No, there is more than one way to be a Changi Rewards member:
  1. 'Take-One' card to earn points first, register later online or at Changi Rewards counter; or
  2. Register online or at Changi Rewards counter, collect registered card and then earn points
Why must I register my 'Take-One' card?
Register your Changi Rewards ‘Take-one’ card to:
  • Redeem your points for Changi Dollar vouchers and other exciting rewards.
  • Protect the points balance in your card in case it is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Be notified of the latest promotions, events and exclusive member rewards.
  • Manage your account, track your points balance, update your contact details and more.
How do I register my 'Take-One' card?
Follow the 3 easy steps below, to register your Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ card.
  • Visit changirewards.com/register by clicking here
  • Enter the following information:
    1. NRIC and Passport number
    2. Last 11 digits of the card number (Printed at the front of your card, beginning with '99' eg. 9900000000034) and the PIN
  • Complete your profile. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent. You can now start redeeming your points for Changi Dollar vouchers and other exciting rewards.
Can I update my particulars on my card?
To update your particulars (e.g. name, address, contact details etc) on the card, follow the instructions above to register your card. This will allow you to gain access to your online Changi Rewards account, where you can update your contact details, manage your membership, track your points balance and more.
Will you be printing my Name on the Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ card? If not, how do you verify that I am the Cardholder when I redeem my points for vouchers at your booths?
No, we do not require your name to be printed on the card.

However, before you can redeem your points, it is necessary that you register your card with your name and personal particulars. To redeem your points, simply present your Changi Rewards card and identification card at the Changi Rewards booth. Inform the service staff of the number of points (in multiples of 500) that you would like to redeem. The Changi Rewards points required for your redemption will be deducted immediately.
Can I earn points on the ‘Take-One’ card, before I register the card online?
Yes, you can start earning points immediately with your Changi Rewards card. Simply present your card at the point of sale for Changi Rewards points to be awarded.

No. You must register the card online, before you can redeem the points on the card.

Apparently my card is unregistered. What should I do?
An unregistered card is one for which we don't have any membership information. All you need to do is, just go to www.changirewards.com/register and register your card, with the card number, PIN (found in the 'Take-One' card brochure), and your particulars.
What happens if I do not or have forgotten to complete the registration of the ‘Take-One’ card?
There will not be any membership information on the card, and you will not be able to use the Changi Rewards points earned. However, you may still continue to earn Changi Rewards points on your subsequent purchase(s).
What should I do if I lose my Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ card?
If you have registered your card, you will need to report the loss and request for an immediate card replacement at any of the Changi Rewards booth. All valid points earned will be transferred to your new card upon your card collection. Do remember to bring along a form of photo identification (IC/Passport/Driving Licence) for verification. Once the new card has been issued, the old card will then be terminated. If you would like your existing card to be terminated prior to the replacement, please email info@changirewards.com.

However, if you have not registered your card, we will not be able to trace the lost card. Request for any remaining points to be transferred from the lost card to a new card, will not be entertained.

Hence, it is important that you register your card as soon as possible, to protect the points balance in your card in case it is lost, stolen or damaged.
Does my card expire? Do i need to register the card by a certain deadline?
Your Changi Rewards Take-One card, as per the Changi Rewards Member card, does not expire as long as there are transactions within a 5-year period, and you are registered as a member in the Changi Rewards Programme.

However, if there is no registration done on the Take-One Card for a period of 2 years from the first transaction on the card, it will be deemed as an unregistered card (one for which we don't have any membership information), and the card account will be purged from the system. Any earned points will be automatically forfeited thereafter
Can I redeem the points that I earn on the unregistered card for Changi Dollar Vouchers, on the day that I earn them?
No, you can only use the points in your card, after you have registered the card with your personal particulars. Upon registration, Changi Rewards points are available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days from the time they were first earned on a purchase transaction. For example, if you made a qualifying purchase on 1st July 2014, the points earned can only be redeemed from 8th July 2014 onwards.

I have registered my card successfully. How do i collect my 50 points and exclusive gift?
The 50 free points will be credited automatically to your Changi Rewards account. Simply log on to your account to check your points balance.

To collect your gift, simply present your Changi Rewards card and a printout of your confirmation email at any of our Changi Rewards booth.
I have accumulated S$4,000 nett spend on my unregistered card. Will i be upgraded to gold tier, and receive a new gold card?
Yes, you will be upgraded to Gold tier and entitled to Gold tier benefits such as earn double points ($1=2 points), 5x lucky draw chances and Gold member deals.

However, as the unregistered card does not have any personal particulars on it, we will not be able to notify you about the tier upgrade.

To ensure that you are notified about important membership updates, please be sure to register your card with your personal particulars and contact details. This will allow us to inform you about the tier upgrade via email, and send you your new Changi Rewards Gold card to the mailing address as registered on your membership profile.
I have accumulated S$8,000 nett spend on my unregistered card. Will i be upgraded to Platinum tier, and receive a new Platinum card?
Yes, you will be upgraded to Platinum tier and entitled to Platinum tier benefits such as earn triple points ($1=3points), 10x lucky draw chances and Platinum member deals.

However, as the unregistered card does not have any personal particulars on it, we will not be able to notify you about the tier upgrade.

To ensure that you are notified about important membership updates, please be sure to register your card with your personal particulars and contact details. This will allow us to inform you about the tier upgrade via email, and send you your new Changi Rewards Platinum card to the mailing address as registered on your membership profile.
I accidentally misplaced the card PIN, and I am unable to register my 'Take-one' card. What should I do?
Please head down to any of our Changi Rewards booths, and our Customer Service Officers will be able to complete your registration process on your behalf. Alternatively, you can also write in to info@changirewards.com and provide us with your information details.
I am not sure if I am already an existing Changi Rewards member. How can I check?
To do an immediate verification, simply log-on to www.changirewards.com/register and key in your NRIC/FIN/PP No. to validate.
I am prompted by your system that my NRIC/FIN/PP No. exist in the system. What should I do?
As you are already an existing member, please head down to any of our Changi Rewards booths (http://www.changirewards.com/contact-us.aspx) and request for an immediate card replacement. A new card that is based on your existing card account will be issued to you. Do remember to bring along a form of photo identification (IC/Passport/Driving Licence) for verification.
I have started using a ‘Take-One’ Card to earn points on my purchases. However, I am now prompted by your system that my NRIC/FIN/PP No. exists in the system. What should I do?
You will be required to submit a card merging request to us. Kindly note that it will take 6-8 weeks of processing time, and a 50 Changi Rewards Points administrative fee will be imposed for every card merging request. You may write in to info@changirewards.com for us to assist you on this.
For existing members: If my existing Changi Rewards card is lost/stolen/damaged, can I pick up a Take-One card from the Customer Service Counters and tenants stores, to use immediately?
No, the new cards are strictly for new enrollment only. Existing members are required to contact Changi Rewards immediately via email at info@changirewards.com or visit our booths, for a card replacement. Merging of points earned from 2 different card accounts will not be entertained.

 

 

Earning of Changi Rewards Points

When can I start earning Changi Rewards points?
You can start earning points immediately with your Changi Rewards card.
How do I earn Changi Rewards points?
You can earn Changi Rewards points by making qualifying purchase at all retail, dining and service outlets located at the public and transit areas in Changi Airport, excluding banks, money changing facilities, top-up card facilities and purchases, postal services, medical services, lounges (Bank/Airline/Ambassador/Pay-per-use/SATS Rainforest/Jet Quay), transit hotels, hotel reservations counters, postage services, Crowne Plaza Hotel, telecommunications outlets and counters, Changi Recommends service counters, car rental services, airport shuttle and transportation counters, passenger meeting services counters, left luggage service counters, tour and travel services, drycleaning services and temporary event & short-term non tenant outposts, and such other items or services as determined by CAG from time to time. Information is correct as of time of printing.

For every $1 spent, members earn 1 point on qualifying purchases at Changi Airport outlets. Gold members earn 2x Changi Rewards points ($1 = 2 points) and Platinum members earn 3x Changi Rewards points ($1 = 3 points).

The Changi Rewards card must be presented at the point of sale for Changi Rewards points to be awarded. Subject to a minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt, every dollar spent entitles the Changi Rewards card member to earn Changi Rewards point on the card, rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions at all participating retailers. Payment made using Changi Dollar Vouchers and all other In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points.

Purchases of Gift / In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points.
Is there a minimum spend to earn points?
Transactions must be $10 or over to qualify for Changi Rewards points.
Are my Changi Rewards points transferable?
No, the transfer of Changi Rewards points between members is not permitted.
Can I use someone else's receipts to earn Changi Rewards points?
Changi Rewards points can only be awarded for your own purchases. If any member is found using receipts other than those for his own purchases to accumulate points, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of his card.
Can I do a retrospective claim for my points if I forget to present my card at the point of purchase?
No. Changi Rewards points can only be awarded when the member presents the card at the point of sale.
Is there a limit to the number of Changi Rewards points I can accumulate in a year?
You can accumulate up to 170,000 Changi Rewards points in a year (w.e.f 1 April 2014), i.e. once a card member has accumulated 170,000 points in each programme year, no further points will be awarded.
When do my Changi Rewards points expire?
Changi Rewards points for the current programme year have to be redeemed by 30 June of the following year. Any unredeemed points will be automatically forfeited thereafter. For example, any points earned in the current programme year from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015, will have to be redeemed by 30 June 2015.
What happens to my unredeemed points earned in the current year, after 30 June of the following year?
Any unredeemed points will be automatically forfeited. No extension of validity for unused points is allowed.
What happens to my Changi Rewards points if I return the good for refund?
The Changi Rewards points earned on the purchase of the good shall be debited from your account accordingly. If the refund and points debit involve a tier change, your new tier will be effective immediately, and you will get the benefits associated with the new tier.
It has been a while since my last transaction, and yet my Changi Rewards points have not been posted to my account. What do I do?
You may email CAG at info@changirewards.com to investigate the matter. Please provide supporting receipts to facilitate the investigation.

How can I use the Changi Rewards points earned?
You can redeem Changi Rewards points for Changi Dollar vouchers or instant rewards (launching soon) at the conversion rate of 500 points = $5.

For redemption catalogue, only denomination of $10 Changi Dollar Voucher is available for redemption.

Changi Dollar Voucher – To redeem for Changi Dollar vouchers, simply present your Changi Rewards card and identification card at the Changi Rewards booth. Inform the service staff of the number of points that you would like to redeem. The Changi Rewards points required for your redemption will be deducted immediately. To redeem, simply visit the Changi Rewards booth located at these places:

Instant Rewards (Launching soon) – Changi Rewards points can also be redeemed as cash equivalent in your next purchase at participating outlets in Changi Airport, at the conversion rate of 500 points = $5. Simply present your card before payment at participating outlets, and tell the sales assistant that you want to pay for your goods with Changi Rewards points. They will then swipe your card to let you know how many points – in multiples of 500 – you can convert to Instant Rewards. You may choose how many points you want to convert. If that is not enough to pay for your goods, you can make up the difference in cash or by debit or credit card in the normal way.

Air Miles Conversion - As a Gold or Platinum member, you can even boost your air miles balance with Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer. Gold and Platinum members enjoy the additional option of converting Changi Rewards points to KrisFlyer miles at the conversion rate of 3,000 Changi Rewards points to 1,000 KrisFlyer miles. Log in to your Changi Rewards account to find out how.

What are the participating outlets that accept Instant Rewards?
Instant Rewards will be launched in the later part of the year. More details will be provided soon.
When can I start redeeming my Changi Rewards points?

Can I give my points away?
No. Points must be redeemed by the account holder only.
Is there a maximum amount in dollars that can be redeemed in one order?
Yes. For security reasons, each member can only redeem up to S$1,000 worth of Changi Dollar Vouchers in the same day. Members can email info@changirewards.com at least 7 days prior to the redemption date to request a special arrangement should you prefer a redemption exceeding S$1,000 Changi Dollar Vouchers in a day.
How do I check my Changi Rewards points balance?
Your Changi Rewards balance will be printed at the bottom of your purchase receipt with every transaction made at any participating Changi Airport outlets. Only points accumulated in that programme year will be reflected on the receipt. Alternatively, simply log on to www.changirewards.com to check your points and manage your Changi Rewards account online.
Can I authorize another person to redeem my Points at the Changi Rewards booth, on my behalf?

Changi Dollar Vouchers

How long is the validity of Changi Dollar Vouchers?
All Changi Dollar vouchers redeemed under the Changi Rewards programme are valid for 6 months, from the date of issuance.
Can you extend the validity of my expired Changi Dollar Vouchers?
No, expired vouchers will not be extended.
Can I request for a replacement of my lost Changi Dollar Vouchers?
Lost or misplaced Changi Dollar Vouchers cannot be replaced.
Is there a cap on the value of Changi Dollar Vouchers or Changi Rewards points that I can redeem?
For security reasons, each member can only redeem up to S$1,000 worth of Changi Dollar Vouchers in the same day. Members can email info@changirewards.com at least 7 days prior to the redemption date to request a special arrangement should you prefer a redemption exceeding S$1,000 Changi Dollar Vouchers in a day.
Where can I use my Changi Dollar Vouchers after my redemption?
Changi Dollar Vouchers can be used at all shopping and dining outlets in Changi Airport except the following outlets listed in Table 1 below.

**Changi Dollar Vouchers can be used at T3 Kopitiam to pay for direct purchases with the stalls (i.e. without using Kopitiam card). However, the Changi Dollar Vouchers are not accepted for the top-up of the Kopitiam Card.

 

 

 

Gold and Platinum Membership

What is the Gold or Platinum membership about?
Gold and Platinum members receive additional benefits. Gold and Platinum members can look forward to earning double, triple points for every dollar spent and the opportunity to convert points to Krisflyer Miles for travel.
How do I qualify for Changi Rewards Gold or Changi Rewards Platinum?
Members who attain at least S$4,000 in cumulative spend within a programme year will qualify for the Gold tier. A programme year is defined to be from 1 April of the current year to 31 March of the following year. For example, programme year 2014 refers to 1 April 2014 – 31 March 2015.

Members who attain at least $8,000 in cumulative spend within a programme year will qualify for the Platinum tier.

If you have already achieved S$4,000 required of the Gold tier, simply spend another S$4,000 in the same programme year to qualify for the Platinum tier.

NOTE: Existing members who attain at least S$4,000 or S$8,000 in cumulative spend for the 2013 programme year will be placed in Gold or Platinum tiers respectively for the 2014 programme.
What is a programme year?
A programme year is defined to be from 1 April of the current year to 31 March of the following year. For example, programme year 2014 refers to 1 April 2014 – 31 March 2015.
How do I find out what is my cumulative spend, as I track towards Gold or Platinum tiers?
Your cumulative spend will be printed at the bottom of your purchase receipt with every transaction made at any participating Changi Airport outlets. Alternatively, simply log on to www.changirewards.com to check your cumulative spend for the programme year and manage your Changi Rewards account online.
What are the start and end dates of my Changi Rewards Gold and Platinum membership?
Your upgraded status begins the moment you have completed the transaction that qualifies you for the new tier, and it continues through until the last day of the following programme year. For example, if you qualify for the Gold tier on 1 June 2014, your membership in Gold tier shall end on 31 March 2016.
If I qualify for the Gold or Platinum tiers in April 2014, for which period is the membership status applicable?
The Gold or Platinum status is applicable for the 2014 programme year, which begins 1 Apr 2014 to 31 Mar 2015.
What are the associated benefits as a Gold member?
Achieve a cumulative nett spend of at least S$4,000 on your purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets or on iShopChangi within a programme year to qualify for the Gold tier.

Some of the benefits associated with the Gold tier are:
  • Earn 2x Changi Rewards points on qualifying purchases at Changi Airport outlets and on iShopChangi. This means that for every $1 spend, Gold members earn 2 points ($1 = 2 points).
  • Earn 5x more chances towards the weekly lucky draw for every $30 nett spent on qualifying purchases at Changi Airport outlets and on iShopChangi.

What are the associated benefits of a Platinum member?
Achieve a cumulative nett spend of at least S$8,000 on your purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets or on iShopChangi within a programme year to qualify for the Platinum tier.

If you have already achieved a cumulative nett spend of S$4,000 required of the Gold tier, simply spend another S$4,000 in the same programme year to qualify for the Platinum tier.

Some of the benefits associated with the Platinum tier are:
  • Earn 3x Changi Rewards points on qualifying purchases at Changi Airport outlets and on iShopChangi. This means that for every $1 spend, Platinum members earn 3 points ($1 = 3 points).
  • Earn 10x more chances towards the weekly lucky draw for every $30 nett spent on qualifying purchases at Changi Airport outlets and on iShopChangi
  • Redeem for KrisFlyer miles
  • Enjoy bonus points of 25,000 Changi Rewards points (or 8,300 KrisFlyer miles) when you requalify for Platinum membership
What do you mean by 'cumulative nett spend'?
Your cumulative nett spend is based on the total nett spend accumulated in a programme year, after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt applies for cumulative spend to be accrued.

Example: Purchase amount: S$105.90

Less: Vouchers Used
  • In-Store Voucher issued by the store: S$20.00
  • Changi Dollar Voucher payment: S$10.00

Nett Payment (by Cash / NETS / Credit card): S$75.90
Nett spend accumulated: S$75 (round down to the nearest dollar)

The Changi Rewards card must be presented at the point of sale.
I have achieved the entry criteria for the next tier. When can I start to use the benefits that come with my new tier?
You will be instantly upgraded the moment you have completed the transaction that qualifies you for the new tier, after which you may start to enjoy the benefits of your new tier.
I am currently a Platinum tier member. What happens if I cannot meet the qualification criteria of the Platinum tier by the end of programme year?
If you did not successfully meet the spend requirement of S$8,000 for the Platinum tier, your Platinum membership will not be renewed at the end of your current programme year. At that time, you will qualify for either Gold or Basic tier, depending on your cumulative spend. You will requalify for Platinum membership once you spend S$8,000 anytime during your new programme year.

E.g. Your Platinum membership ended in current programme year 31 March 2014, with a cumulative spend of S$3,000. As such, you qualify for Basic membership in the next programme year from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
I am currently a Gold tier member. What happens if I cannot meet the qualification criteria of the Gold tier by the end of programme year?
If you did not successfully meet the spend requirement of S$4,000 for the Gold tier, your Gold membership will not be renewed at the end of your current programme year. At that time, you will qualify for Basic tier. You will requalify for Gold once you spend S$4,000 or S$8,000 for Platinum, anytime during your new programme year.

E.g. Your Gold membership ended in current programme year 31 March 2014, with a cumulative nett spend of S$1,000. As such, you qualify for Basic membership in the next programme year from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
I have moved from Gold / Platinum tier to the Base tier. Will my old card still work?
Your old card in Gold / Platinum tier will be valid for 3 months, from the date of expiry on 31 March. You will be receiving a new card from us in 4 to 6 weeks, from 31 March.
What is the Bonus Points for Platinum tier?
The Bonus Points refers to either 25,000 Changi Rewards points or 8,300 KrisFlyer miles, awarded to members who have requalified for the Platinum tier. Platinum tier members must make at least 1 qualifying transaction on the new Platinum card, in order to trigger it to your account.
I have requalified for Platinum tier, and I am eligible for the Bonus Points. How do I inform you about my selection of 25,000 Changi Rewards points or 8,300 KrisFlyer miles?
An email will be sent to you the moment you complete a transaction that qualifies you for Platinum tier. Kindly make your selection of 25,000 Changi Rewards points or 8,300 KrisFlyer mile by responding within 14 days, via the link in the email. The Bonus points will be triggered to you, once you make a transaction with your Platinum card, which will be mailed to you in 4 to 6 weeks from your qualifying transaction date. Upon the selection of Krisflyer miles as your preferred option, please allow up to 21 workings days of processing time for Krisflyer miles to be reflected in your Krisflyer account.
I am not a member of Singapore Airlines Krisflyer, but I am a Frequent Flyer programme member of one of the Star Alliance Airlines Network. Can I still select the 8,300 KrisFlyer miles are my Bonus Points Reward?
Please note that you are required to be a member of the participating airlines' frequent flyer programme. Currently, the participating airline frequent flyer programme is Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer. If you are not a member yet, you may visit www.krisflyer.com to register. A membership number will be assigned to you right away upon successful registration.
What if I failed to make a selection by the stipulated time-frame?
Once you have made a transaction with your Platinum card and no response has been received within 30 days from the date of transaction, 25,000 Changi Rewards points option will be selected by default.

My card is damaged/ lost/ stolen, what should I do?
If your Changi Rewards card is lost or stolen, please proceed to the Changi Rewards booth at the earliest juncture for an immediate card replacement at no extra charge. Do remember to bring along a form of photo identification (IC/Passport/Driving Licence) for verification. Once the new card has been issued, the old card will then be terminated.

If you would like your existing card to be terminated prior to the replacement, please email info@changirewards.com. All valid points earned will be transferred to your new card upon your card collection.
I have forgotten my online password. How do I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your online password at our website. You will have to key in your NRIC/FIN and the email address you have registered with your Changi Rewards account. When the correct information has been provided, your new password will be emailed to you.
It has been a while since my last transaction, and yet my Changi Rewards points have not been posted to my account. What do I do?
You may email CAG at info@changirewards.com to investigate on the matter. You may be requested to provide supporting receipts to assist in the investigation.

Do I need a new card for the new Changi Rewards programme?
Yes, you will need a new card as your old card is valid for use till 31 July 2014.

If you have been invited to Gold or Platinum membership, you will receive your new welcome kit and Changi Rewards card from us by mail from 13 April 2014 onwards. It will take up to four weeks before you receive your new welcome kit and Changi Rewards card. As delivery starts from Singapore, it takes a slightly longer period for the kits to be delivered overseas.

If you are not a Gold or Platinum member, you will need to do a one-to-one exchange for your new card personally . From 7 April to 31 July 2014, you can collect your new Changi Rewards card anytime at the Changi Rewards booth located at Terminal 3.

Location: Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement 2 (opposite NTUC Fairprice)

Operating hours: 10am to 11pm daily*

Things to bring: NRIC/Passport and existing Changi Rewards card, for verification purposes.


Meanwhile, you can continue to use your existing card until 31 July 2014, after which it will no longer be valid.
Can I continue to use my old card?
Good news! We have extended the card exchange period for one month till 31 July 2014.

What will happen to my Changi Rewards points accumulated under the old programme?
They need to be redeemed by 30th June 2014, failing which they will be forfeited. You can only use them to exchange for Changi Dollar Vouchers at the rate administered under the old programme, and at the following location:

What is the Qualifying Period for this lucky draw campaign?
The Qualifying Period for the campaign is from 1 May 2015, 0000hrs to 31 March 2016, 2359hrs (both dates inclusive).
Who are eligible to join in this lucky draw?
This is open to all registered Changi Rewards members, except for directors, employees (and/or immediate family members of such directors or employees) of CAG and Changi Airports International (CAI), CAG's appointed agencies which include Ascentis Pte Ltd, P-Serv Pte Ltd, Visual Studio (S) Pte Ltd, all participating retail partners/shop tenants at Changi Airport, all participating airlines in the Lucky Draw; and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the promotion.
What are the Qualifying Dates of each Lucky Draw? When will each Draw be conducted and announced?
Qualification is done weekly and there will be 11 (Eleven) Monthly Draws within the promotion period. Please refer to Table 2 below for Qualifying Dates for each Draw, dates of Draws and winner announcement details.

What must I do to qualify for this Lucky Draw?
You must be a Changi Rewards member and must spend a minimum of $30 nett in a single receipt within the stipulated qualifying dates to qualify for each Draw.
How do I earn Lucky Draw chances
The number of Lucky Draw chance(s) per qualifying nett spent is dependent on the membership tier that is accorded to each member and will be allotted based on Table 3 below:

How would I know the number of chances I've accumulated for the lucky draw for each week?
Simply log in to your Changi Rewards account here, and you will be able to track the number of lucky draw chances you have accumulated each week.
What is the frequency of the Lucky Draws? How are they conducted?
The Lucky Draws shall be conducted on a monthly basis via an electronic randomised draw system. CAG will be conducting 11 (Eleven) Monthly Draws during the entire promotion period where winners will be selected based on weekly qualification from 1 May 2015 to 31 March 2016 as listed in Table 2. All draws will be conducted at CAG's office in Terminal 2, #036/053 Level 3, Singapore 918146 at 1030hours on the 2nd Thursday of every month, for the Lucky Draw entries from the preceding month.

CAG reserves the right to change the time, date and location of the Lucky Draws without prior notice.
How many winners are there altogether?
1 unique winner will be picked at random for each qualifying week. Draws will be held on a monthly basis to determine the winners for each qualifying week. For example, in the month of May, there shall be a total of 4 winners i.e. 1 winners x 4 qualifying periods. For some months where there is more than 1 winner for each qualifying winner, the required number of winners will be drawn.
Can I win more than once in the same month?
Yes, each member who meets the qualifying spend in a single receipt is entitled to win 1 pair of air tickets per qualifying week, up to 4 pairs of tickets in a month.
Will the chances earned for each month be rolled over to qualify for the following monthly draw?
No, the chances allocated for each qualifying period shall only be applicable for the respective monthly draws. You are not allowed to rollover your chances to the subsequent Draws.
What is the prize of each Lucky Draw?
Each winner will receive a pair of return air tickets on a featured pre-determined airline to one of a selection of pre-determined destinations. All airport taxes, agency service charges, administrative charges and airline fuel surcharges are borne by the Airline.
How will I know the result of the Lucky Draw?
All winners will be notified in writing by ordinary post and/or email, according to the address(es) stated in the Changi Rewards’ records. The results of the Lucky Draw will be published in a newspaper in Singapore within 7 calendar days following the determination of all the winners. Names of the winners will also be announced on Changi Rewards website. The winners are required to claim their prizes in person at the venue determined by CAG, within 2 months from the date of notification.

Winners are required to confirm receipt of the prize letter notification from CAG and acceptance of the Lucky Draw terms and conditions, by signing the Acknowledgement Form and returning it along with a copy of NRIC/FIN (for Singaporeans and PRs) or passport (for non-Singaporeans) via email crm.pcs@changiairport.com or fax at (65) 6214 3971, prior to contacting the Airline for issuance of the air tickets.
I am a winner of the Lucky Draw. How will I be contacted? Where do I claim the prize?
All winners will be notified in writing by ordinary post and/or email. The winners are required to claim their prizes in person at the venue determined by CAG, within 2 months from the date of notification.

CAG will issue a prize letter containing but not limited to the prize reference number, instructions and the Airline contact details, to contact for booking and issuance of air tickets. All winners must redeem their prize by booking their air tickets within 2 months from the date of the notification letter, by contacting the Airline directly for flight reservations and ticket issuance.

Winners are required to confirm receipt of the prize letter notification from CAG and acceptance of the Lucky Draw terms and conditions, by signing the Acknowledgement Form and returning it along with a copy of NRIC/FIN (for Singaporeans and PRs) or passport (for non-Singaporeans) via email crm.pcs@changiairport.com or fax at (65) 6214 3971, prior to contacting the Airline for issuance of the air tickets.
If any Prize remains unclaimed for 2 months after the date of notification, the Prizeshall be donated to the Community Chest or an approved charitable organization.
Where can I find the list of winners?
The result of the draw will be announced at the end of each month on Changi Rewards website at www.changirewards.com for the previous month’s lucky draw. Names of the winners will also be published on at least one newspaper.
I am unable to use the air tickets. Can I give them to someone else or exchange them for cash?
No, the prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise.
I received a telephone call informing me that I am one of the winners, and the caller claimed that he is calling from CAG. I was requested to provide my passport details to the caller to complete the verification process. Is this request genuine?
If you are a winner of our Air tickets lucky draw promotion, CAG may contact you to do some verifications to ensure that the prize letter and/or email reaches you. However, requesting for your Passport Number is not part of our verification process.

Currently, only Gold and Platinum tier members have the privilege to convert Changi Rewards points to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles.
What is the conversion rate to air miles?
You can redeem KrisFlyer miles at 3,000 Changi Rewards points per block of 1,000 miles
Are there any charges to convert my Changi Rewards points into air miles?
No fees will be imposed for each mile conversion request.
Is there a limit to the amount of KrisFlyer miles that I can convert to?
Yes, the maximum amount of KrisFlyer miles allowed per member programme year is 30,000 KrisFlyer miles.
When can I start to convert my Changi Rewards points to KrisFlyer miles?
Once you have clocked 3 transactions on 3 separate days, you will be allowed to initiate the request to convert your Changi Rewards points to KrisFlyer miles.
I have initiated the request to convert my Changi Rewards points to KrisFlyer miles. What is the processing before the KrisFlyer miles are posted to my KrisFlyer account?

Yes, you may approach our staff to assist you in your redemption.

Please take note that for selected items that require eVoucher, you will need to wait for the eVoucher to be sent to your registered email address.
How and where do I pick up my redemption items?
a) To pick up your redemption item, you must present your Changi Rewards card and identity card at the selected pick-up location. Change of pick-up location after redemption confirmation is not allowed.

  • Email confirmation (redemption will be processed and no cancellation is allowed) to your registered email address, within 1 working day.
  • eVoucher for admission will be issued and sent via email within 10 working days (for example, if you redeemed your points for S.E.A. Aquarium pass on 4 May Monday, you will receive the eVoucher latest by 15 May Friday)
  • Print out the eVoucher and present a paper copy of the voucher at the merchant's ticketing counter before entry.
  • View your redemptions at My Redemption History page.
Can I cancel or amend my redemption, after confirmation?
There is no cancellation or change allowed on the Rewards redemption item once you have completed and confirmed the redemption.
Can I redeem for more than one item if I have sufficient Changi Rewards Points?
Yes, you can redeem more than one item so long if you have sufficient Changi Rewards Points, and while stocks last. Each redemption item comes with their terms of usage, hence please refer to the Terms and Conditions before your proceed with your redemption.

Note: Changi Rewards points are available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days from the time they were first earned on a purchase transaction. For example, if you made a qualifying purchase on 1st July 2014, the points earned can only be redeemed from 8th July 2014 onwards.
Is my eVoucher Attraction Pass transferable?
Yes, the eVoucher Attractions pass may be transferred to a third party. Simply print and present a paper copy of the eVoucher at the merchant's ticketing counter before entry.
What is the validity period of the eVoucher Attraction Pass?
The validity of the eVoucher Attractions Passes varies according to the Terms and Conditions set by the respective merchant, and the Passes must be utilised within the specified validity period. Extension of the validity period for the Passes is strictly not allowed.

  • S.E.A Aquarium – 5 months from the date of issuance
  • Singapore Zoo – 1 year from the date of issuance
  • River Safari – 1 year from the date of issuance
Can I combine Changi Rewards points earned in different Programme Year for the purpose of redemption?
No, combination of Changi Rewards points earned in different Programme Year is strictly not allowed.
Can you mail me the redemption items, if I am unable to self-collect from the list of pick-up locations?
Mailing option is currently unavailable. All items, except eVoucher Attraction Passes, must be collected from our pick-up location. You may select your pick-up location during the redemption process.
