TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CHANGI REWARDS F&B “FEAST AND WIN” PROMOTION

1) ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Changi Rewards F&B “Feast and Win” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprising lucky draws (each a “Lucky Draw”, and 1 or more of them, “Lucky Draws”) is organized by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“CAG”). The Promotion is open to all registered Changi Rewards members who meet the minimum purchase requirements set out in clause 2b below, except:
    1. Directors, employees (and/or immediate family members of such directors or employees) of CAG and Changi Airports International (CAI), CAG’s appointed agencies which include Ascentis Pte Ltd, Crowe Horwath First Trust Risk Advisory Pte Ltd, Full Bleed Pte Ltd, Raptor POS Pte Ltd and Visual Studio (S) Pte Ltd, all participating food and beverage partners/ tenants at Changi Airport; and any other persons involved in organizing, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion. Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, parents-in-laws and siblings;
    2. Any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or the subject of a criminal investigation, or has legal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction;
    3. Any person whose participation in and/or association with the Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of CAG) any of Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Promotion any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or otherwise gives rise to any of Singapore Changi Airport, CAG and/or the Promotion being perceived unfavourably; and iv. Any other person or class of persons deemed ineligible or notified by CAG as being ineligible from time to time.

  2. CAG reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Lucky Draws, and CAG may at any time before, during or after a Lucky Draw disqualify any person from participation in the Lucky Draws without providing any reason.

 

2) QUALIFYING PERIODS, QUALIFICATION AND ALLOCATION OF CHANCES IN THE LUCKY DRAW

  1. This Promotion is valid from 1 August 2016 0001 hours to 31 August 2016 2359 hours inclusive. The qualifying periods are defined as follows:

    Weekly Lucky Draw
    Week 1: 1 August to 7 August 2016;
    Week 2: 8 August to 14 August 2016;
    Week 3: 15 August to 21 August 2016; and
    Week 4: 22 August to 31 August 2016

    Grand Draw
    1 August to 31 August 2016

  2. Each participant must spend a minimum of S$50.00 nett spend in a single receipt at any participating Food and Beverage outlets (see "Participating Outlets") located in the public areas of Singapore Changi Airport during the Promotion period to qualify for the Lucky Draw (“Qualifying Transaction”). The Changi Rewards card must be presented at time of purchase for points clocking and will be automatically accorded the respective number of Lucky Draw chances according to their membership tier at the point of purchase. A participant who is a new Changi Rewards Take-One card holder must register the card online or at Terminal 3 Basement 2 Customer Service Counter by 31 August 2016 to qualify for the Lucky Draws.

  3. Each Qualifying Transaction entitles the participant to:
    • 1x Lucky Draw chance for Basic Changi Rewards members
    • 5x Lucky Draw chances for Gold Changi Rewards members
    • 10x Lucky Draw chances for Platinum Changi Rewards members

  4. There is no limit to the number of entries and Lucky Draw chances.

  5. Qualifying nett spend will be calculated based on final payment value rounded down to the nearest dollar, at any participating Food and Beverage outlets located in the public areas of Singapore Changi Airport, during the Promotion period. Discounted amounts and amounts paid using vouchers (including Changi Dollar Vouchers) shall be excluded, i.e. such amounts are to be excluded when calculating the total qualifying nett spend in a single receipt.

  6. CAG reserves the right to disqualify any purchase which does not meet the criteria set out herein and to reject any entry for any reason.

  7. The total number of Lucky Draw chances allocated to an eligible participant shall be determined by CAG whose decision shall be final and conclusive.

3) PRIZES

  1. The following prizes have been allocated for the Lucky Draws:
    1. Weekly Lucky Draw Prizes (4 winners) – each winner to receive 100,000 Changi Rewards points.
    2. Grand Draw Prize (1 winner) – winner to receive 1 million Changi Rewards points.
    3. CAG may, at any time, and without notice - substitute any prize with any other item of a similar value.
    4. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise.

4. DRAWING OF WINNER(S)

  1. There will be 4 weekly lucky draws and 1 final grand draw. Winners will be randomly selected electronically for each Lucky Draw based on the Qualifying Transactions made during the respective qualifying periods. A participant can win a maximum of 1 of the weekly Lucky Draws. All participants with Qualifying Transactions (including weekly draws winners) are eligible for the final Grand Draw. For example, a participant who won week 1’s Lucky Draw will not be able to win any of the the Lucky Draws for weeks 2, 3 and 4, but will still be eligible to win the Grand Draw.

  2. The Lucky Draws for all four weeks and the Grand Draw will be conducted on 5 September 2016 at 1030 hours.

  3. All Lucky Draws will be conducted at CAG’s office in Terminal 2 at #036-053 on level 3. CAG reserves the right to change the time, date and location of the Lucky Draws if deemed necessary without prior notice. The Lucky Draws will be conducted by any one of the CAG staff, together with an auditor. CAG will appoint any external party as CAG deems fit as an external auditor for the Lucky Draws.

  4. Each participant must satisfy a verification process before being declared a winner. They will be notified in writing by ordinary post and/or email, according to the address(es) stated in the Changi Rewards’ record, and the participants must respond in writing by email within 7 calendar days from the date of the email in order to be declared a winner and to receive the prize - failing which, they will be disqualified and replaced with a reserve participant, who will be subject to the same verification and notification procedures. CAG reserves the right to declare no winner for any Lucky Draw if it is unable to contact or verify any participant after repeated attempts or for any other reason whatsoever.

  5. The results of the Lucky Draws will be published on the Changi Rewards website within 7 days after verification and determination of all winners.

  6. Prizes which are not won or which remain unclaimed for 2 months after the determination of the winners, shall be donated to the Community Chest or any charitable organization determined by CAG.

5. GENERAL

  1. By participating in this Promotion, the Lucky Draw winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this Promotion, and to allow CAG to use their personal data, photographs and video/audio recordings for marketing & promotional purposes. CAG reserves the right to disqualify the Lucky Draw winner(s) in the event that they refuse or fail to participate in such publicity for this Promotion.

  2. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the official rules and decisions of CAG including any amendments, modifications and variations thereof.

  3. CAG’s determination on any matters pertaining to the Promotion or Lucky Draws shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

 

Must I be a Changi Rewards member to participate in the lucky draw? What if I’m currently not a Changi Rewards member?
Yes, you must be a registered Changi Rewards member in order to participate in the lucky draw. If you are currently not a Changi Rewards member, you can
  1. Simply pick up a Take-One Changi Rewards card any of the participating F&B outlets you are dining in, clock your dining transaction and then proceed to register online at www.changirewards.com;
  2. Sign up online at Changi Rewards website and pick up your card at the Customer Service Counter located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2; or
  3. Head down to the Customer Service Counter located at Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 to sign up for the card. Please note that if you are holding a Take-One card and have clocked Qualifying Transaction(s) with the card, you must be a registered member by 31 August 2016 to qualify for the Lucky Draws.
If I meet the qualifying spend at participating F&B outlets, am I automatically entered into the lucky draw?
Yes, if you present your Changi Rewards card at point of transaction and it is a Qualifying Transaction, it will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.
How is the draw conducted?
Entries are electronically selected at random from the database. All 5 Lucky Draws are conducted at CAG’s office in Terminal 2, #036/053, Level 3, Singapore 918146 at 1030hours on 5 September 2016.
How will I know if I am one of the winners?
You will be notified in writing by ordinary post and/or email, according to the address(es) stated in the Changi Rewards’ record, and you must respond in writing by email within 7 calendar days from the date of the email in order to be declared a winner and to receive the prize. The list of winners will also be published on the Changi Rewards website by 1 October 2016.
What are the prizes of the lucky draws?
Four weekly prizes of 100,000 Changi Rewards points each and one grand prize of 1 million Changi Rewards points.
Can I win more than 1 prize?
Each member can win a maximum of one weekly Lucky Draw and/or the Grand Draw. For example, if you won Week 2’s prize, you will not be able to win Week 3 or 4 but you still stand a chance for the Grand Draw.
