About OneChangi ID

Q: What is OneChangi ID?
A: The OneChangi ID is a single digital account that enables you to connect and interact with the services provided by Changi Airport Group (i.e. including ChangiRewards.com, iShopChangi.com and the iChangi app) with just one username and password.


Q: Who is eligible for the OneChangi ID?
A: Anybody can register for a free OneChangi ID account. However, applicant has to be at least 16 years of age if you are applying for Changi Rewards membership.


Q: What is my OneChangi ID?
A: Your OneChangi ID is the e-mail address that is entered during the OneChangi ID registration process. For Changi Rewards members who registered from March 2017 onwards, the e-mail account that you used for registration is your default OneChangi ID.


Q: Is OneChangi ID compliant with PDPA and GDPR guidelines?
A: Yes, Changi Airport Group is compliant to PDPA and GDRP. You may view the privacy policy here.


Q: If I terminate my OneChangi ID, can I still keep my Changi Rewards membership?
A: You will require your OneChangi ID to log in to your Changi Rewards account for any transactions or interactions (redeem points, update particulars, play Sure-Win game etc.)


The Update Exercise

Q: Why should I update my log in?
A: This one-off exercise serves to enhance your experience when you interact with all the digital portals of Changi Airport Group. With OneChangi ID, you just have to remember one log in account and password. You can also access your Changi Rewards e-Card on the iChangi app with the OneChangi ID to earn and redeem Changi Rewards points on the go.


Q: I have been a Changi Rewards member for a long time and have no problem logging in to my account. Do I still need to create OneChangi ID?
A: Yes. In order to enhance your experience when you interact with all the digital portals of Changi Airport Group, all users will use OneChangi ID to log in to Changi Rewards from 20 September 2018 onwards. With OneChangi ID, you just have to remember one log in account and password. You can also access your Changi Rewards e-Card on the iChangi app by logging in via your OneChangi ID to earn and redeem Changi Rewards points on the go.


Q: Does this mean I will get immediate access to other digital portals?
A: If you already have a registered account with other Changi Airport Group portals, you can now log in using your OneChangi ID.
If you do not have a registered account with other Changi Airport Group portals, your registration process will be made easier with your OneChangi ID account.


Setup or Link OneChangi ID to Access your Changi Rewards Account

Q: How do I create a OneChangi ID?
A: For Changi Rewards members (registered before March 2017), log in with your existing Changi Rewards membership details (NRIC, FIN, Passport or Card number) and password at ChangiRewards.com. You will be prompted to link your Changi Rewards account with a new or existing OneChangi ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking of your OneChangi ID.
For Changi Rewards members (registered from March 2017 onwards), you may login to your Changi Rewards account using your OneChangi ID as per usual.


Q: I want to create my OneChangi ID account but have forgotten my Changi Rewards account password/e-mail address. What should I do?
A: Please click on the “Forget Password” link found on ChangiRewards.com. An e-mail will be sent to your registered Changi Rewards e-mail. You can use this to log in to ChangiRewards.com where you will be asked to create or link a OneChangi ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking of your OneChangi ID.


Q: I cannot remember if I have previously created a OneChangi ID using my e-mail address. How can I check if there is a OneChangi ID created with my e-mail address?
A: You may check if there is a OneChangi ID account created with your e-mail address through the following link: https://login.changiairport.com/en/account/password_reset/. Enter your e-mail address to reset password and you would receive an error message if your entered e-mail address is not tied to a OneChangi ID account.


Q: How do I know if my creation or linking of a OneChangi ID is successful?
A: You will be prompted on-screen upon successful creation or linking of your OneChangi ID to your Changi Rewards account. You may now continue to access your Changi Rewards account using your OneChangi ID.


Q: What should I do if I have an existing OneChangi ID but I was prompted that it was not activated when I try to login?
A: If you have created your OneChangi ID but have yet to activate it, you may click on “Resend Activation Link” to request for the verification e-mail to be resent to your e-mail inbox.


Q: I do not wish to use my current e-mail address anymore. How can I create a OneChangi ID using a different e-mail address?
A: Please write in to us at enquiry@changiairport.com. Identity verification checks may be performed for security purposes.


Q: I already have an existing OneChangi ID created from other digital portals (iShopChangi, iChangi app etc). How do I link my OneChangi ID with my Changi Rewards account?
A: Log in to your Changi Rewards account at ChangiRewards.com using your Changi Rewards username (NRIC, FIN, Card Number or E-mail) and password. Upon successful log in, click on “I already have a OneChangi ID” to link your OneChangi ID to your Changi Rewards account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking of your OneChangi ID.
If your existing OneChangi ID e-mail is not the same as the e-mail address you used to create your Changi Rewards account, please write in to us at enquiry@changiairport.com as identity verification checks may be performed for security purposes before we can link your accounts.


Changing your Changi Rewards login to OneChangi ID

Q: I received an e-mail informing me that Changi Rewards will change their login process. What is this about?
A: From 20 September 2018, Changi Rewards members will have to use their OneChangi ID to log in to their Changi Rewards account. With the OneChangi ID, members only need to remember one account log in and password to access not only their Changi Rewards account but also other digital platforms by Changi Airport Group (including iShopChangi.com and iChangi app). The e-mail you received is to inform members to complete a one-time exercise to link or create their OneChangi ID. This can be done by clicking on the link within the e-mail sent and following the on-screen instructions to complete the creation or linking of their OneChangi ID.

Q: Are there any impacts on my Changi Rewards points and transactions if I create or link a OneChangi ID to my account?
A:There will be no impact on your Changi Reward points or transactions. In fact, your experience will be enhanced now that you can earn and redeem Changi Rewards points on the go with the Changi Rewards e-Card on the iChangi app.


Q: When should I create or link OneChangi ID?
A: Please create or link your OneChangi ID before 20 September 2018. From 20 September 2018, you need to use your OneChangi ID to access your Changi Rewards account on ChangiRewards.com and the iChangi app.


Q: I heard that there will be changes to log in to my Changi Rewards account. Will I be affected if I have already created or linked my Changi Rewards account to OneChangi ID?
A: If you have already created or link your Changi Rewards account, you will not be affected with this exercise. Please continue to use your OneChangi ID and password to access your Changi Rewards account.


Q: I did not read this e-mail and did not create or link a OneChangi ID to my Changi Rewards account by 20 September 2018. How can I access my Changi Rewards account?
A: For members who did not create a OneChangi ID to their Changi Rewards account by 20 September 2018, we have created a OneChangi ID account using your Changi Rewards registered e-mail in order not to disrupt your Changi Rewards experience. Please check your mailbox for the activation e-mail together with the instructions to set up your OneChangi ID password. The sender name would be “OneChangi ID”, from the e-mail address noreply@changiairportgroup.com, with the subject “Activate your OneChangi ID”. Once completed, you may now log in to your Changi Rewards account with your OneChangi ID and password.

For members who did not link their existing OneChangi ID to their Changi Rewards account by 20 September 2018, log in with your OneChangi ID at ChangiRewards.com > click on ‘I want to link to my Changi Rewards’ upon log in. Follow the on-screen instructions to link your OneChangi ID to your Changi Rewards account.


Q: I followed all on-screen instructions but I still cannot access my Changi Rewards account using my OneChangi ID. What should I do?
A: Please write in to us at enquiry@changiairport.com and we will assist you accordingly.


Q: I did not receive any communications from Changi Rewards team on this change. How can I access my Changi Rewards account?

Accessing your Changi Rewards Account

Q: Where can I access my Changi Rewards account?
A: You may log in to your Changi Rewards account using your registered OneChangi ID or through the iChangi app.


Q: Can I access my Changi Rewards account via mobile devices?
A: Yes, you will be able to access your Changi Rewards account via ChangiRewards.com using your OneChangi ID on your mobile browser or through the iChangi app. Please ensure that the latest version of the iChangi app is downloaded.


Q: How can I log in to my Changi Rewards account after creating or linking my OneChangi ID to my Changi Rewards account?
A: If you are logging in through ChangiRewards.com, click on the button highlighted in the screenshot below to log in with your OneChangi ID and password.

If you are logging in through the iChangi App, go to ‘My Changi’ > ‘Changi Rewards’. Enter your OneChangi ID and password to access your Changi Rewards account.


Managing your Changi Rewards Account

Q: How do I change my current OneChangi ID password?
A: Click here to reset your password. Alternatively, you may log in to your Changi Rewards account using your OneChangi ID and current password and click on the “Forget/Change Password”. The link can be found on both ChangiRewards.com and iShopChangi.com. An e-mail will be sent to your registered OneChangi ID e-mail address with instructions on how you can reset your password.
The sender name would be “OneChangi ID”, from the e-mail address noreply@changiairport.com.


Q: What should I do if I forget my registered OneChangi ID e-mail address?
A: If you have forgotten your registered OneChangi ID e-mail address, please contact us via enquiry@changiairport.com to reset your OneChangi ID password. Identity verification checks may be performed for security purposes.


Q: I would like to update my e-mail address. How do I do it?
A: To update your e-mail address, please write in to us at enquiry@changiairport.com. Please note that identity verification checks may be performed for security purposes.


Q: How do I make changes to my Changi Rewards account details?
A: Log in to your Changi Rewards account using your OneChangi ID and password if you are accessing on desktop or mobile browser. Proceed to ‘My Profile’ to update your particulars.
If you are accessing your account via the iChangi app, proceed to ‘My Changi’ > ‘Changi Rewards’ > click on the pencil icon next to your name to update your particulars.


Q: What will happen to my e-mail subscriptions?
A: Future correspondences will be sent to your registered OneChangi ID e-mail address.
