Terms & Conditions

  • Subject to the following terms and conditions, Changi Rewards points (“Points”) shall be awarded to the Changi Rewards members (“Members”) for bookings made on www.booking.com/changiairport between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2019, for stays between 1 January 2018 and 31 December 2019 (“Booking”) (“Promotion”).
  • Members must make their Booking via the dedicated landing page at www.booking.com/changiairport. Members must enter a valid Changi Rewards card number (“Card Number”).
  • The rate of Points awarded is based on the Changi Rewards membership tier of the Member, at the relevant time of Booking. With a minimum nett spend of S$10 in a single transaction and upon entry of the Card Number upon Booking, the Member will be awarded with Points equivalent to the net amount spent (excluding taxes and fees, including but not limited to merchant fees), rounded down to the nearest dollar.
  • During this Promotion, Points accrued shall be at the rate of:
    • One (1) Point for each S$1 Net Booking Value for Changi Rewards entry tier Members
    • Two (2) Points for each S$1 Net Booking Value for Changi Rewards Gold tier Members
    • Three (3) Points for each S$1 Net Booking Value for Changi Rewards Platinum tier Members
  • Any amount(s) spent on Booking.com bookings is not accrued towards the cumulative nett spend for Members under the Changi Rewards Gold or Platinum tier membership qualification. Cumulative nett spend for tier qualification is only based on qualifying purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets.
  • By participating in this Promotion, Members give consent for Booking.com to share details of the travel booking with CAG, and for CAG to send Members news on the latest offers and promotions, including but not limited to offers and promotions relevant to Members’ intended destination.
  • Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion can only be earned by one Member per booking and cannot be split between two or more Members.
  • Changi Rewards points earned connection with this Promotion are non-transferable.
  • Changi Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Unless otherwise specified, any Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion are on the basis of the amount spent on the accommodation component of the stay,and not on ancillary charges such as meals, mini-bar, beverages, phone, laundry or other extra costs charged to the room account.
  • The Promotion is further subject to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are supplemental to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme.
  • Members are advised to read the terms and conditions of Booking.com carefully before making their Booking.com hotel bookings
  • In the event of disputes, the decisions of Booking.com and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall be final.

    You must make your Booking.Com booking via the dedicated landing page atwww.booking.com/changiairport, and enter a valid Changi Rewards card number at the time of booking to earn Changi Rewards points for your hotel stay.
     
  • What is the rate of points earned?

    The rate of Changi Rewards points awarded is based on your Changi Rewards membership tier, at the relevant time of booking of hotel stay. With a minimum nett spend of S$10 in a single transaction (not inclusive of hotel tax and service charges) and upon entry of a valid Changi Rewards Card number at the time of booking, you will earn points equivalent to the amount spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Points will be credited to your account by the 20th of the month immediately following the month you have departed from your hotel stays. Points accrue at the rate of one Points for each S$1 nett spent for Changi Rewards entry tier Members. Gold tier Members earn 2x Changi Rewards points (S$1 = 2 points) and Platinum tier Members earn 3x Changi Rewards points (S$1 = 3 points).
     
  • Are all hotel bookings on Booking.Com eligible to earn Changi Rewards points?

    This Promotion is applicable to BOOKING.COM bookings made onwww.booking.com/changiairport
     
  • Is my spend on the hotel stay accrued towwards the cumulative nett spend for Changi Rewards Gold or Platinum tier membership qualification?

    No. Any amount spent on Booking.Com bookings is not accrued towards the cumulative nett spend for Members under the Changi Rewards Gold or Platinum tier membership qualification. Cumulative nett spend for tier qualification is only based on qualifying purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets.
