Terms and Conditions - 1-metre Sanrio Plush Toy

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all registered Changi Rewards members, except for employees of CAG, and any other individual involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the promotion; and their respective immediate family members.

Qualification and allocation of chance in the Lucky Draw

  • This promotion is valid from 17 November – 31 December 2017 only ("Promotion Period").
  • Participants must spend a minimum of S$60nett spend in a single receipt at any participating stores located in public area or transit area of Changi Airport Singapore during the promotion period. The Changi Rewards card/e-Card must be presented at time of purchase.
  • There is no limit to the number of lucky draw chances.
  • Qualifying nett spend will be calculated based on final payment value rounded down to the nearest dollar, at any participating stores located in Changi Airport, during the promotion period. Discounted amounts, amounts paid using vouchers (including Changi Dollar Vouchers/Changi Rewards e-Voucher) and amounts paid for tobacco products shall be excluded, i.e. such amounts are to be excluded when calculating the total qualifying spend in a single receipt.
  • Purchases made at Changi Rewards participating retail and F&B outlets that meet the qualifying tiers are eligible for the Lucky Draw. Purchases/ transactions made at the following are not eligible for the Lucky Draw:
    • Banks and Money Changing facilities
    • Bill payment transactions e.g. through AXS, Cheers or SingPost
    • Crowne Plaza Hotel, including outlets within Crowne Plaza Hotel
    • Education service provider
    • Left Luggage service counters
    • Lounges (Bank/ Airline/ Ambassador/ Pay-Per-Use)

  • Prizes and lucky draw chances are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits or otherwise.
  • Local delivery will be provided for the winners of the prizes. Delivery is strictly to local addresses only.
  • This lucky draw is only applicable in Singapore. It is open to all residents of the Republic of Singapore who are aged 18 and above at the date of submission, except employees and immediate families of CAG, their partners and advertising agencies.

Conduct of Lucky Draw

  • There will be 3 (Three) Draws conducted during the promotion period. CAG reserves the right to change the prize of the Draws if deemed necessary without prior notice. Please refer to Table 1 below for qualifying dates, date of draw and winner announcement details.
  • Winners will be drawn at random, based on the qualifying period.
  • The Lucky Draw shall be conducted via an electronic draw system (the “Lucky Draw”). CAG will be conducting 3 draws during the entire Promotion Period where winners will be selected based on the qualification period from 17 November to 31 December 2017 as stated in 'Congratulations to our winners' table.
  • The Lucky Draw will be conducted at 1500 hours on 6 December 2017, 20 December 2017 and 3 January 2018. CAG reserves the right to change the time, date and location of the Lucky Draw if deemed necessary without prior notice. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by any one of the CAG staff.
  • All winners will be notified by phone and/or email, according to the contact number and/or email address stated in the Changi Rewards’ account of the NRIC or Passport Number provided, within 14 days from the draw. Participants will not be declared winners until all verification checks have been satisfied.
  • The award of the prizes subject to certain terms and conditions and the winners must agree to such terms and conditions in writing in order to receive the prize. CAG reserves the right to declare no winner for any draw if it is unable to contact or verify participants after repeated attempts or for any other reason whatsoever.
  • Participants may need to produce their original proof of purchase for verification as and when required by CAG and the proof of purchase (official original receipts) must include the name of retailer, product description, date and value of purchase. Entries with any discrepancies shall be disqualified. Another winner will be drawn and the same verification process shall accordingly be applied for this participant.
  • CAG’s determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

General

  • By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this promotion, and to allow CAG to use their personal data, photographs and video/audio recordings for marketing & promotional purposes. CAG reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) in the event that the winner(s) refuses or fails to participate in such publicity for this promotion.
  • Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or services. CAG reserves the right to replace the prizes with other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  • All participants in the draws expressly and irrevocably allow and authorise us to collect, use and disclose their personal data to any third parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Draw for the purposes of the draws.
  • By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by the official rules, regulations and decisions of CAG. The decisions of CAG on all matters relating to this promotion are final, conclusive and binding and no appeals or correspondence will be entertained.

    CAG reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.

Terms and Conditions - Full Set Plush Redemption
  • Changi Rewards (CR) Exclusive promotion period is from 17 November 2017 to 12 January 2018.
  • CR members with accumulated nett spend of $1,800 ($1,500 for Platinum members) during the promotion period can redeem a set of 9 Sanrio plush toys in an exclusive packaging for free, on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.
  • Members must present their Changi Rewards physical card / e-Card and NRIC for verification to redeem. Each member is entitled to a maximum of 3 sets of plush toys, provided the accumulated nett spend is met for each set of redemption.
  • As per the terms and conditions of the CR programme, nett spend refers to final payment value rounded down to the nearest dollar, and amounts paid using vouchers (including Changi Dollar Vouchers) shall be excluded when calculating the qualifying nett spend in a single receipt. This condition will apply to the CR Exclusive promotion i.e. payment amounts made by Changi Dollar Vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher and all other In-Store Vouchers will not qualify for accumulations of nett spend for the promotion. Amounts paid for any tobacco products purchased at participating outlets in Changi Airport will also be excluded.
  • You may authorize another person to redeem on your behalf, please complete the Letter of Authorization (download from here). Your authorized redemption party will need to bring along the following documents:
    • Letter of Authorization, duly signed by Cardholder
    • Copy of Cardholder's NRIC/FIN/Passport
